A complete air-conditioner service that restores cooling and cuts your power bill. The technician opens the indoor unit, washes the filters and evaporator coil with a jet cleaner, clears and flushes the drain line to stop water leaks, cleans the outdoor condenser coil and fan, checks gas pressure and the thermostat, tightens electrical terminals and measures the temperature drop before and after. Recommended twice a year, or every three months in dusty conditions. Covers split, window and cassette units.
