No video, blurry picture, DVR not recording or mobile view gone? A technician finds and fixes it.
The technician checks every camera, cable joint, power supply, DVR/NVR and hard disk, fixes loose connectors, resets the recorder, restores mobile view and cleans camera lenses. Moving a camera to a new spot can be added.
The visit fee covers diagnosis and minor fixes. If a part such as a hard disk, adapter or camera must be replaced, the price is told to you before fitting.
