New wooden door frame installed, or an old rotten door and frame taken out and replaced.
The old frame is cut out carefully, a new seasoned wood frame is fixed with hold-fasts and cement, and the door shutter is hung and aligned. Plaster patch around the frame is included; paint and a new shutter are extra.
Frames are made to size in 5–7 days. Replacement takes most of a day; the room will not have a door for a few hours.
