A designer measures the flat, prepares 2D layouts and 3D views, then the team executes: false ceiling, lighting, wall treatment, wardrobes, TV wall, kitchen cabinets and loose furniture as per the agreed BOQ.
Work usually takes 45 to 90 days depending on size. Payment is in stages (advance, mid-work, handover). Prices are per sqft of floor area; appliances, sanitary fittings and decor items are extra unless listed in the BOQ.
