Battery water level is checked and topped up, terminals are cleaned and greased, and dead batteries are replaced and connected. New batteries and distilled water are charged extra; your old battery can be adjusted against the new price.
The technician carries the battery to your floor, fits it and checks charging and backup time. A water top-up takes about 30 minutes; a battery change 1 hour.
