Squat pan removed and replaced with a high commode, with floor rework and tiling.
The old pan is broken out, the soil outlet is adjusted with a P or S trap, the floor is filled and re-tiled around the base, and the commode and cistern are fitted and tested.
Takes 1–2 days. Commode, tiles and cement are extra unless you choose a package. Very old cast-iron outlets may need extra pipe work.
