Leaking soil pipe joints are resealed or the broken length replaced, vent pipes are cleared, manhole chambers are replastered and covers are replaced to seal odour.
A plumber inspects first and quotes the repair; outside wall work above 2nd floor may need scaffolding. Sewer cleaning is a separate cleaning service.
