Dripping or stiff taps fixed by replacing the washer, spindle or cartridge instead of the whole tap.
The water is shut off, the tap is opened, the worn washer, O-ring, spindle or ceramic cartridge is replaced, the aerator is descaled and the tap is reassembled and tested.
Price is per tap; small washers are included, cartridges are extra. If the tap body is cracked, replacement is suggested.
