Jammed or leaking gate valves, ball valves and stopcocks replaced on the water line.
The main supply is shut off, the old valve is cut or unscrewed, a new brass or PPR valve is fitted with proper joints, and the line is tested under pressure.
Price is per valve for up to 1-inch pipe. Larger building mains may need tank draining, which is quoted on site.
