Learn singing at home — sargam basics, Rabindra, Nazrul, folk or modern songs.
The teacher starts with voice warm-ups, sargam and taal, then teaches songs in your chosen style — Rabindra Sangeet, Nazrul Geeti, folk or modern — and prepares students for school or cultural programmes.
Classes are about 1 hour at home, once or twice a week. A harmonium is needed at home; if you don't have one the teacher can advise where to buy or rent. Exam or certificate fees are separate.
