Cement plaster on new brick walls, ceilings or damaged old plaster, priced by area.
Loose old plaster is chipped off, the surface is wetted, and a level cement-sand plaster of the right thickness is applied and finished smooth, followed by curing. Labour-only and with-material rates are available.
The mason measures and marks the level first. About 200–300 sqft is plastered per day by a mason and helper; walls need 7 days of water curing.
