A licensed plumber traces the source of the leak and seals it properly rather than patching over it. The visit covers dripping taps and mixers, leaking traps under sinks and basins, leaking toilet cisterns and flush valves, burst or cracked supply pipes, and damp patches from concealed wall or ceiling lines located with a moisture meter. Standard fittings, sealant and tape are included; larger replacement parts are quoted first. The area is pressure-tested and left dry and tidy before the plumber leaves.
