After a smell, colour change or illness in the house, the tank and house lines are dosed with measured chlorine, held, flushed, and the water is tested for pH, chlorine and hardness with a test kit.
Best done right after a tank cleaning. Lab testing for bacteria or arsenic can be arranged at extra cost; the report is from the lab, not a medical opinion.
