Traditional wedding menus: basmati kacchi, or polao with chicken roast, beef rezala and mutton curry, plus jali kebab, salad, borhani, doi and firni. Cooked by head bawarchis and served with table service.
A food tasting can be arranged for bookings above 300 guests. Price includes cooking, transport, serving staff and crockery; venue and decoration are not included. Book 3 to 4 weeks ahead in wedding season.
