A lighter holud menu such as bhuna khichuri with beef or tehari, plus live stalls run by cooks at the venue: fuchka and chotpoti, jhal muri, grilled kebab or chicken tikka, pitha, and milk tea or coffee.
Each stall comes with its own cart, cook and ingredients for the booked guest count. Stalls need a flat space and a nearby power point. Priced per guest for the menu and per stall for live counters.
